    For spouse visa consular processing, when you get your appointment letter from the NVC for the interview do they send you a physical letter in the mail or do they email it to you?

    Yes, my home country isn't doing interviews. So I'm looking to get it changed to Montreal or Juarez. Wondering which one has the shortest approximate wait time for an interview so I can make a decision.

    I'm in the process of immigrating to the US on a spouse visa. My home country isn't doing Interviews. My case is currently with the NVC. I'm looking to change my interview location to either Juarez or Montreal. I am currently in Mexico on a tourist visa. From what I understand Juarez has a huge waiting list for interviews. I also qualify for a Canadian work permit. Does anyone know how long the waitlist is for Montreal? And how long is the waitlist for Juarez?
