I'm March 3, 2022 DQ, CR1 category.
I think there is a 99.9% chance that you will get IL at the end of this month, because Dec 30th people received ILs in last batch.
For me, I will most likely get IL in 2-3 months.
There are a few theories going around. One popular one is that most CR1 people DQ'd in January, February, and early to mid March will convert to IR1 within a few months, so the NVC will wait until they convert (or are close to converting) before issuing ILs, and so they will skip us and in the meantime, give ILs to other DQ'd people.
Nope, and I heard that they apparently cut their phone lines. I also contacted through public inquiry form and I'm awaiting a response. And even IF you do contact them, they'll just give a generic response like they gave for everyone else.
I checked, and found out that they are not scheduling based on PD. I know a person whose PD is January 5, 2022, and he has already received his IL two weeks ago for CR1.
Same here. My wife was Documentarily Qualified on March 3, 2022, but when I logged in to CEAC just now to check on the visa status, it says your case is still at the NVC....more than four months after DQ.
I don't know for sure, but they might move the case from NVC to Consulate right when they are ready to interview the applicant.
Crazy Cat, priority date is July 26, 2021.
I-130 petition was approved October 26, 2021.
Then on March 3, 2022, the application became "Documentarily qualified" and is awaiting visa interview in Mumbai, India.
Our visa application paperwork was approved in early March, and now we are just waiting for the CR1 visa interview in Mumbai. How long does it take from others' experience?
Thanks,
Prithvi
