I was notified that my case is in transit today… on a Friday. It’s been weird. I emailed the NVC twice before any response. I received a reply a month ago saying they have my case and it’s awaiting processing. I then received another inquiry response from a prior inquiry this last shipping day/Tuesday that said they never received it from USCIS. This Monday, I submitted an inquiry to my congresswoman, but I haven’t heard anything from that. I don’t know if they did something and that’s why I got notified or what. Nonetheless, I have my case number and it says it was shipped and shows “in transit”. I’m curious if it actually is or if they will ship it Tuesday, or if they already shipped it earlier this week, or who knows. My NOA2 was August 18th. It took 92 days.

I received a response from an inquiry that states they recently received my case from USCIS and it is awaiting data entry. When people note on their timeline when NVC received their case, is this the date they are referring to? Not the actual date but the date they received a response? If it is the actual date, how do you acquire that information?
