As for your question I just messaged them saying if there was an issue with my visa because they had my medical for close to 4 weeks.

No clear response from the Embassy!

For weeks have passed, the embassy holds the passports and say nothing clearly about the dispatch date. Any advise or recent experience?

Embassy is backlogged due to the medical results coming in late, don't stress and be patient.
