    I’m so sorry to hear this…have you tried reaching out to the Ombudsman? Also you can write to the White House. They are able to reach out to USCIS on your behalf especially if the case has taken too long. Give it a shot and see what happens. Do not lose hope. I wish you all the best.

    my status changed to case actively reviewed immediately after I did the biometrics and by evening it changed to card being produced.

    05/19/2022 Package sent to Phoenix lockbox 05/21/2022 Package delivered/Picked up Still no receipt no. Check hasn’t been cashed. I wish it won’t take so long to get the receipt numbers. That way we’ll feel like our cases are actually moving 😅
