  1. The next step is to wait more, there is nothing you need to do yet. The case will be sent to NVC. NVC will make a case number and then send it the to embassy, when it's sent to the embassy then you will be notified - until then just read up on the next steps, get your documents ready etc. Looks like it takes 40-60 days before you will hear anything from what I've gathered.
  2. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html On NVC's website it says, "Current case creation time frame: As of 18-Jul-22, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 6-Jul-22." What does this mean, we were approved well before 6 july, but still do not have a case number? Why is NVC so slow to give us the case number? Is there anything we can do? (Already tried to do an inquiry, but looks like they take a long time do respond to that.
  3. The (lucky) ones who have been approved, please do post an update when you get a case number by NVC. I want to know how long it takes from NOA2 until NVC for may filers. Thank you!
  4. It's good to hear the backlog has cleared. If anyone have updated data on how quick it goes to get the interview now please share? Is it weeks or months? Thanks.
  5. The receipt numbers generally will be ordered sequentially based on the date they were received, but there are smaller and larger deviations. For numbers 107000 or greater there are 15 cases that was received in June and 1 in May. I filtered out all the July cases - so those are not counted in the 'june' math.
  6. Here is a graph of how things have been going the past months. It gives a rough overview of how the processing speed is going at the moment. Note: This only counts Approvals. denials/withdrawals/etc are not counted, so the real progress is slightly higher). At the start of the chart they are processing March cases - those approvals are obviously not shown in the chart. Let's do some napkin math: From WAC2190069000 to WAC2190116500 there is 4615 I-129f cases with status 'Case Was Received'. Let's pretend that they do 50 approvals each day. (this might be a little pessimistic, but I need to pick a number) 4615 / 50 = 92.3 By this logic with the current speed, the last filer in June is 93 working days from being approved. From WAC2190069000 to WAC2190130000 there is 9260 I-129f cases with status 'Case Was Received'. Let's pretend that they do 50 approvals each day. 9260 / 50 = 185.2 By this logic with the current speed, the last filer in august is 186 working days from being approved. Of course, don't take these kinds of estimates as very valuable - just use it to get a general idea.

  10. It is safe to say that the focus have moved on to may, but April is still seeing progress. My numbers for today (may not be complete, it is possible for more updates to come in later): Count Status 64 Case Was Approved 15 Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent 15 Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent 2 Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent 2 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction 2 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received 1 Name Was Updated 1 Case Was Denied 1 Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed 1 Date of Birth Was Updated 1 Case Transferred To Another Office 1 Expedite Request Denied 106 Total June have 7 updates May (81500 or higher) have 66 updates April have 33 updates (27 of them are approvals)
  11. Assuming they keep working, looks like we will have more than 100 updates today too. June: 3 approvals 3 case transferred 2 expedite denied So for today the total is: April + May + June: 88 (57 approvals, 23 RFES, + other)
  12. Strong start to the day so far, this is just after the morning: Approvals: 52 RFES: 13 Withdrawal: 1 Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed: 1 Total: 67 24 of the updates are for April (80500 or lower) 43 of the updates are for May (81500 or higher)
  13. Count Status 21 Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent 12 Case Was Approved 6 Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent 1 Expedite Request Received 40 Grand Total 21 of the updates so far are for April (80500 or lower), 4 of them are approvals and the rest is RFES 18 Updates for May. 1 update in June - the expedite Request Received. Most likely we will see more updates come in later, this is the mid day numbers.
  14. I wonder if some of the updates for today is actually form June 3rd (Friday), since that was a really poor day - maybe it's just some delay registering updates in their system. We know they have been doing maintaince/having downtime. Just speculation on my side of course.
  15. Looks like the numbers are coming in now: Count Status 93 Case Was Approved 9 Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent 5 Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent 1 Case Was Denied 1 Expedite Request Denied 109 Total I will leave it to someone else to post more detailed group info, since it's not the end of day yet. 62 of the updates are for April. Happy to see so many approvals!
  16. Many comments on reddit is reporting that USCIS system is having issues today- I don't have any official source, but maybe that's the reason for few updates so far today.
  17. For June 4th 2022 (Close to the end of day): April: 2190079000: 2 RFES 2190080500: 1 RFES 2190081000: 1 RFES (Nothing in May) June: 2190102000: 1 RFES 2190109000: 1 Expedite denied Total: 5 RFES.
  18. I just did another scan, April to June (WAC2190069000 to WAC2190130000) and these are the numbers I have for that range: (For June 3rd 2022): Count Status 13 Case Was Approved 10 Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent 5 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received 4 Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent 3 Expedite Request Denied 3 Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent 1 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction 39 Total June: 8 May: 11 April: 20 Meaning, given that I don't check March, there has only been 3 more updates since the end of day yesterday. All of them in June, Most likely just some expedite denied or withdrawals that came in late - June has 1 approval, 1 case transferred, 2 Withdrawal, 2 RFES, 3 expedite denied..
  19. I have noticed the tendency for updates coming in later as well - even from yesterday there is a few more updates than what was posted here. Maybe some even came in this morning, but are dated yesterday. So far for May (counting after 82000 to not overlap with the numbers here) there is 8 updates (one of them is a withdrawal) and the highest group touched is 85000.
  20. Did another scan, looking a little better now: Approvals: 50 RFES:13 Withdrawal: 1 other: 3 Total: 68 Entirely possibly that there will be more updates coming as the day goes on.
  21. So far today, approximately half the updates are after 81500 and half before. Looks like the shift to processing May have started. They typically moved on to the next month once it's around 500 untouched cases left, with a around 700 untouched april cases left this seems to follow that pattern. Still, what my speculations are doesn't matter - what matters is what they do. Unfortunately, today they have not done much so far. (April to June, my current numbers for today is): Approvals: 31 RFES: 12 Withdrawal: 1 other: 2
  22. Looks like a number of updates came in later yesterday, this is for may 31st WAC2190069000 to WAC2190130000. (i.e April + May + June) Count Status 78 Case Was Approved 33 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received 18 Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent 16 Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent 6 Expedite Request Denied 4 Withdrawal Acknowledgement Notice Was Sent 1 Name Was Updated 156 Grand Total
  23. There have been updates further back in May (82000-84000) and in June as well. At the moment I have 74 approvals, and a total of 91 updates so far today. Looking like it will be a strong day.
  24. Early morning results (From WAC2190069000 to WAC2190086000). Approvals: 12 RFES: 4 (One of the RFE was from Monday) Case reopened: 1 Expedite denied: 1 Total updates: 18
  25. It does look to me as if processing have started speeding up a little, this chart is only for approvals - other things such as denials, withdrawals, RFE, etc. are ignored - Approvals that happened in 2021 is also ignored. There have also been approvals in march and June that are not a part of this chart. The past two days were very strong, hopefully the last two days are not an outlier, but rather a sign of increasing processing rates - we will find that out next week.
