    Hello dear friends, I came to my country 15 days ago for my father's cancer treatment and I will return to America in 2 weeks. I have I-360 file pending and got RFE request email today. I have an valid Employment Authorization and Travel Card so Combo Card ( SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE) and it is valid until September 2023. My questions is, -) Will I have any problem re-entering the USA with my valid Advance Parole card ? Because USCIS asked for RFE and I will fill it in 15 days. -) What is the response time for RFE? So how long do I have to send the RFE document? I've read that according to the new announcements, USCIS give us 60 days extra time. Please help me and I feel so bad from stress. While my father's treatment is still going on, the extra stress is overwhelming. Thank you
