    Wow 😯 honestly, thought I was in this alone, this is really crazy smh. Mines just saying “fees were waived” hopefully we get good news soon!

    Hi Everyone, So I filed my I-360 along with I -485 & I-765 in June 2021 still haven’t received any EAD 😔 even though it stated on the receipt notice C09. It’s been over a year now and my lawyer is no help. I had congressional support but USCIS did not reply back to them. Do you think it’s wise to file another I-765? Is there anyone who have been in this same situation or know of someone, can shed some light/knowledge please! It’s very frustrating/stressful waiting on the greencard let alone the Ead😭😭

    Hello lovely people, I filed I-360 along with I-485 and I-765 concurrently 06/21, did biometric month after, received PF 12/21 still waiting on my EAD it’s over 10 months now and filed under C09. Don’t know what to do, my lawyer says I won’t get but y filed C09 and wait so long???
