I anticipate it is going to be sent to Warsaw, Poland. My fiancee is residing in Moscow and I don't know if she can get to Poland since visas are no longer offered to Russians. After 13 months wait I am at the end of my rope, so to speak. Any suggestions? What countries offer consulate services to ones who don't speak english?
