    My case took 13 months at USCIS and currently being reviewed at NVC. I anticipate it is going to be sent to Warsaw, Poland. My fiancee is residing in Moscow and I don't know if she can get to Poland since visas are no longer offered to Russians. After 13 months wait I am at the end of my rope, so to speak. Any suggestions? What countries offer consulate services to ones who don't speak english?

    My waiting time was 13 months day to day from USCIS.
