Hello everyone, I need guidance in my situation which is as follows.
My husband was born in the US and lived there for three years and then he moved to Egypt and haven't went back to the US. He is born to Egyptian parents so he has dual Egypain-American citizenship and he has an American social security number and valid passport.
We married last year and since he is a doctor he intends to go through the USMLE so he can work as a doctor in the US.
My question here is, once he goes to the US, would it be possible for me to go with him?
What are the procedures that I need to do, or who can I consult?
Will I qualify for a Visa and then a green card? Or would I be denied entry?
