    Thanks so much Nikita. I wanted to know should I file to Haiti then transfer to dr when it gets to nvc. Or just file with us is with the Santo Domingo address and it would just go there. They said if you have a house contract, bills. It should be fine. Please shed some light. Thanks

    Hello guys, any help will be appreciated. I heard anyone if you are a resident (leaving in dr) but undocumented (no cedula), you can still file for you family without going to Haiti. Or you can only transfer. If anyone has been through the process please let me know,. Thanks [e-mail deleted]
