    In cases like ours (uscis does not send forms to NVC), it usually takes 7-10 days to get an answer from CIS.

    If I were ypur friend I wouldn't pay for this form. This form usually has a long time processing (around a year). I request the CIS ombusdam help and it worked for me without paying any extra tax.

    Hi Jose! No, probably after July, 18th according to the NVC time-frame. Earlier today I received an email from NVC that they already have my petition and soon they will send the Welcome letter and the fee bill😁

    My lawyer filled the form and attached to it, she sent a copy of the emails from NVC and USCIS. I don't think that you need to wait for so long.

    What annoys me a lot...Nebraska is super quick. I have friends whose Eb3 cases were transferred in less than 2 months and Texas moves like a turtle. More than 5 months of waiting...unbelievable. I have friends working for this company of the vídeo and the answers are always the same: you need to wait. This the only thing they know.

    To be honest, I'm losing my hope. uscis and nvc are the worst institutions in the whole world. I do not know what else to do. I beg my attorney to ask for help with the CIS ombudsman, but she has not answer yet about it.

    My attorney called the uscis 45 days ago and they said the same about the 30 days of waiting. Right now is been 45 days without anything from them.
