Hi, I am so sorry that your o1 got denied with such credentials, I am in a similar situation, hardship pending with dos close to 15 month, applied for o1 visa went to Vermont under premium processing , got RFE, 2/3 criteria satisfied - major significance not met, planning to file response , my query is do they provide officer ID number. I have the fax notice it does not show any such information. the reason I am asking, i have a friend whose eb1 was approved after a response to rfe in her case , officer ID number was present in the rfe notice, he got some prior experiences from google search which was helpful fro the RFE notice response, my lawyers not giving a clear answer. thank you

I am close to 15 months at dos in 2 weeks time. any body beyond that ? Any idea can we expect in the coming month or so? is there anything we can ask our lawyers to do collectively rather then just waiting ?

hi everyone, it looks like a halt at DOS, no cases especially receipt date in September are processed in the last couple of months- and DOS also updated the new processing weeks 9 months to 1 year at DOS. any recent approvals, I am in touch with a couple of friends - social media , no update. lets keep everyone motivated if anybody has any recent friend with approval.
