    Hi, I got a FE notice from NVC, but also a notice of “documentary qualified.” i am confused if I am in line for the interview or not. my Fe notice was because “I don’t make enough income,” I do but I think they went with my tax return from 2021

    Hello, USCIS reviewed my case on Sept 14th. But I got an RFE😞 I did not want to share the news because I was sad. I went to a pro-brono place when I started the process, and they did a mess, I got a new attorney and by Tuesday they will submit the RFE. good luck to everyone! PD: 9/13/2021 CaliforniaSC

    I contacted Emma, the officer do not have updates on the case. He told me to do an inquiry, but when I did, the system states that I am “inside normal processing times.”

    Hello! I mailed my paperwork on Sept 11, 2021. USCIS at CA service center received it on September 13, 2021. On September 24, 2022 they wrote the “actively being reviewed.” I have not received any news after that.
