  1. I guess we all forgot to make sure that the last page where you can add any extra information was not signed. I have already submitted the i693, do you know if I will receive an RFE for it or will my case get denied?
  2. Hello all, I recently submitted form I-693 and forgot to sign and date the last page of the form. What can I do from here to avoid my case getting denied? Thanks
  3. Hello all, I applied for AOS in May 22 from OH and recently received an RFE. A couple weeks after I moved to GA and filed an AR-11 with the USCIS. Since the RFE notice was sent from Cleveland,OH, I am sending my response to RFE back to OH even though I am now in GA. My question is, even though I have already informed the USCIS of my change of address, would it be wise to include a copy of the AR-11 along with the documents I am sending out to reply to the RFE. I have often heard that sometimes departments within USCIS don't communicate such changes to the responsible officer and I don't want that to result in a denial of my application since my address now is different than the address I filed the AOS application with. Thanks
  4. Okay, my move to GA is permanent but my wife is still at the old address that is submitted to Ohio. Since she doesn't plan on moving out of OH until later this year I was thinking about keeping OH as my home address with USCIS since moving states might delay my case.
  5. Hello all, I filed for I-485 and I-130 in May 22 out of Ohio where I lived with my wife. I recently moved out of Ohio due to work while my wife is still living at the place I filed from. Should I report the change of address to USCIS? Thanks!
  6. I am married to my spouse who is a USC and filed for I-130 and I-485 in May 2022. When sending out my documents, I didnt send out the I-693 as I was still searching for vaccination documentation and planned on presenting it during the interview. I recently received two RFE's. 1. RFE for Birth certificate. - I have fixed the problem and I am getting ready to send that out. 2. RFE for I693. I wanted to know if I could only send the birth certificate to USCIS right now and wait until the interview to show I693. I am in doubt because the RFE letter states, if you send them incomplete documents, they will reject the case. Would not sending the I693 be considered sending incomplete documents or can I wait until I get an interview date to get I693 done. Thanks in advance.
  7. Hello everyone, I filed for I-485 in May22 through marrying my spouse who is a USC and I am an Indian Citizen on an F1 visa. To fulfill the Birth Certificate requirement, I attached a copy of my Original Birth Certificate in Hindi, a translation by me in English. One problem with my BC was that it didn't have my name on it since it is a pretty common cultural practice to name kids after their birth. But I never got it updated. Now USCIS wants me to send my Birth Certificate again, please guide me what I should do? Here's what options I have thought of: 1. Hire a lawyer and proceed under their guidance. 2. Get a new birth certificate made from India (Certified copies are not available in the state I was born) with my name and submit to USCIS. 3. Get a proper translation of my current Birth Certificate through a paid service without my name and submit the BC and translation. Please share your opinions, thanks in advance!
  8. Hello all, I am in the process of applying for a green card through my US citizen. I had a question regarding the Report for Medical And Vaccination Record aka I-693. If I live in OH and apply for a green card from OH. Is it okay if I get my medical checkup from a different state? I have already sent my package that had I-130,I-485,I-765 and I-864 to the lockbox and plan to bring the I693 to the interview. Thanks in advance!
  9. I am a f1 student married to a USC. I am currently living with my spouse for the last 1.5 years inside the US. While filling the i-130 I found this question on page 5 part 4. In 11a. I typed in my current residence inside the US that I share with my spouse, can someone help me with part 12 and 13 please.
  10. The internship is 10 weeks long, I leave the last week of may and return by mid august. My wife will be staying at our shared apartment while I am gone. Is it possible that I keep the same address during the summer? I am really worried because I read that if I change address, my service center will change and that might result in a delay in my application. Thank in advance!
  11. Yes I currently live there as well but when I move out in a week I will be filing AR-11 to notify USCIS of my change in address. My plan is to change my physical address but still receive mail on my current address under my wife's name.
  12. Hello everyone, I am a F-1 Student living in the US and recently got married to a USC. My spouse and I have been living together for about 1.5 years in the same apartment which I was going to use as my mailing address. I am filing for I-130, I-485 etc. this Friday and will be moving to a different city for a summer internship next week but my wife will be living in the same apt. In this case, how should I update USCIS about my change of address? Also, is it possible for me to receive mail at my wife's apt while I am away? Thanks!
  13. Yeah I am following your path and filling the i-130 in physical form, makes it easier for me. Thank you for your help!
  14. Hello everyone, I am an F1 student inside the US and my USC spouse is filing the I-130 for me online, I had a question. The duration of authorized stay in my I-94 says 'D/S' but I can only enter a date in the online application, so what answer should I put down? Thanks in advance!
  15. But since the two employments will overlap in terms of duration (I worked both jobs at the same time), that won't be a red flag to USCIS right? I was following the 20 hour/week work limit while I was working the 2 jobs. Thanks!
  16. Hello everyone, I'm a F-1 student married to a USC, had a question about Employment history for the last 5 years. I worked two different desk jobs at my university during the same time in 2018 but I don't have 2 w-2s for them since it was the same employer (the University). Should I include the 2 jobs separately on my work history and include an explanation at the end or do something else. I'm really confused and any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
