hi guys...I finally got an update on my case via uscis website. not sure what this means...she will not be applying for anything in morocco other than go to her visa interview whenever that time comes. are they forwarding my case to NVC now? The above petition has been approved. I received a RFE for my CR1 about 9-10 days ago. I mailed my evidence and arrived to USCIS on Dec 14. Yet it's still showing on USCIS waiting for RFE to be sent...How long does it take for them to update the website that my RFE was received. Note - I mailed the evidence via postal mail not uploaded on website. Should I also upload the evidence via the website to speed things up or no? Thank you

you are still not understand. the notice letter is a separate PDF which contains a COVER LETTER its 4 pages , i took screenshot of cover letter for you, do i upload the screenshot or should i mail everything in via postal? as you can see on top of cover letter its saying to mail...but on uscis website it also gave me option to UPLOAD documents..so this is whats confusing me.

Who told you they are asking for originals?? they gave me an option to upload online or mail but in the notice letter saying to include cover letter how am i going to include cover letter if i am uplaoding!!

After one year I finally got a notice for RFE. I submitted only english translation of my marriage certificate and forgot to provide them original arabic version. Now they are asking me for original arabic version along with name of the registars that did the translation. No problem I have it but I am confused. Do I submit these 2 documents via USCIS website by attaching the files or do I mail it via postal? In the notice letter they asked me to include the COVER SHEET on top of my documents...Can I take a screenshot of the cover sheet and upload it with my documents or print everything and mail it via postal. note - in notice letter they are asking to mail but there is also option of uploading documents via uscis. thank you

My I-130 was mailed almost 1 year ago and today on USCIS its asking for request for additional evidence.. they should be mailing me something...i trippled checked before sending application to make sure everything was included now its gotten me worried..wonder what they are asking for. is this something that will delay my case again?

easy for you to say next few months..its been one year waiting and called uscis they said case was transferred to texas ...on uscis website now it says 5 MONTHS wait...before it was showing 1 week left now it changed to 5 months. someone told me K3 will speed things up

Hi guys, I filed CR1 about 11 months ago and have been waiting ever since...One month ago I filed K3 as someone told me it MIGHT speed things up. Today I got the letter I-797C stating that I forgot to write my wife family name in one of the fields. They sent me the whole packet back. Do I simply write her family name in the missing field and resend the packet to them or should the K3 application be filled out all over again? note - this is for my recently filed K3. Thank you

Hello to all. I am a US citizen married last year. My CR1 is in process currently at TSC. I filed my taxes last year and was hoping to get the marriage deduction but lady at HR block filed me as a married filing separate and said cant get deduction unless she is here in US or has an ITIN #. So here I am trying to apply for one now for this year possibly I can amend last years maybe? My question is on the W7 - do I put all her information on that form or mine? eg name., address etc? What documents should I mail in with the application? I have done my research on IRS website but am confused thus posting here so hope you guys dont tell me go check IRS website What documents do I need to send for her ? I have her passport page and national ID...Do I send my last year taxes as well? Thank you and hope someone who has went thru this can answer

Thank you.. my total income is 25500. my household size would be 2 myself and my spouse? i do have a son but my ex wife claims him every year on here taxes...i do pay child support....do i count him as house hold size as well ?

Regarding poverty guidelines what income do they look at for self employed is it GROSS income or net income? total income? also would be very helpful if you can tell me if you know ofcourse which line of 1040 I can look for my income. I am also divorced with one child but my ex wife claims him every year as a dependent so my family size will be myself and my spouse which will be 2? not including my son because I dont claim him on my taxes. My gross income 2022 was 40k my total income 25500 my adjusted gross income 23500 I am very worried if I will meet the 125% poverty guidelines.. thanks for your help.

I have filed for CR1 almost 6 months ago and everytime I logged on to USCIS I could see the processing time tab...but now that tab has disappeared..I can only see Case Status Case History Documents any idea why?

Has anyone here filed a W7 form for their suppose to get a ITIN # for tax deduction purposes. I am currently in Morocco and have the form in front of me. my question is who signs this form my spouse or myself? it also ask for NAME ADDRESSS ETC do i put my spouse name in this section or myself? also what documents should I take from her to send wit the application?
