  1. Thank you very much! And I do not need to fill any form? Just worry about everything))
  2. Should I say to airlines anything, like "I was granted a waiver"?
  3. The panel physician said everything was fine. Just gave a shot of MMR. Can it be related to Covid vaccination?
  4. Annotation for visa says "waiver granted under ina 212(g)(2)(b)". Whay does it mean?
  5. I believe if she is under 16yo, she will not need certificate. And if they lived in the mainlad Ukraine they shoukd have ID to use government website to get the certificate online. The US government accepts it for now. You can expedite her case due to the war. A lot of Ukrainians got their cases expedited already. And there is a programm called Unites for Ukraine. It helps to get Ukrainians to US for 2years.
  6. Thank you very much for your reply. The situation is quite different now because of war. I could easily get the certificate before this. But situation can change every day! Is your step daugther is still in Crimea?
  7. Can you provide a link for this information? Did not find anything on CDC website
  8. Started to fill the form. Only firsy page. Press "save". The website returned me to the main page. I entered again the location/consulate and code. Then press "retrive the application". It asked me for ID code and secret question. And aslo 5 first letters of my surname and year of birth. But when I enter them it says they are not correct. So I can't get access to the form. What should I do in this situation?
  9. If you go to Vinsky Forum you will see that Russians managed to schedule as "residents" even for B1/B2 visas and got approved. I think this texts says clearly "for K1 visa schedule as "resident". But it is better to wait for months with Russians applting fotr tourist visas!
  10. Translate you that screenshot! An applicant who is a citizen or resident of Poland must select the “regular” category. For B1/B2 visa interviews only, an applicant who is not a citizen or resident of Poland must select the “non-resident” category. For all interviews other than the B1/B2 visa interview, applicants, including non-citizens and non-residents of Poland, must choose a “regular” interview.
