  1. Finally received the Green Card in the mail today! Took about 20 days from approval to receiving it in hand. It took a while for it to update to "Card being produced" but once it did, it got here in about 2 days. Wishing everybody best of luck and hopeful you all will get some good news soon!
  2. Received a new Social Security card in the mail yesterday (Didn't apply for a new one or anything), but no Green card yet. Just wanted to update regarding the SSN because I know in the past people were recommending to go into the SSN office to get a new card after they receive their green cards, but looks like it they do it automatically now!
  3. Thanks!Submitted everything except medical April 8th, 2022. @Gauchos hope you get the rfe soon!
  4. Let us know if you hear anything back! I'm not sure how long after you send in medical that you get a response nowadays. I've seen anywhere from 24 hours to a few months.
  5. It seem only the first 2 are required for travel and for the I-693 medical. No booster required. (At least that's what they told me when I traveled to Brazil recently and they stamped and signed my wife's I-693 with only the first two doses)
  6. Just came back from Brazil yesterday and going through customs with Advanced Parole was pretty easy. They just sent my wife to the secondary room and waited about 20 minutes, they didn't ask any questions, just stamped her AP when it was her turn and she went on her way. Also finally received medical RFE, so we sent that out yesterday as well. Today I-130 was approved! Now just waiting for them to receive the medical RFE response and make a decision for I-485. NOTE: Our local FO is Dallas, but the RFE requested us to send it to the Phoenix FO, so I guess our case is there?
  7. Well I don't think it necessarily means nothing, I think they most likely are waived. I at least haven't seen anybody who was told their interview was waived get an interview afterwards.
  8. I'm not sure what is special about that date, but most everyone's interviews seemed to be waived since July (They told me July 5th).
  9. I honestly don't think it was the expedite that got approved, I think it was just the regular processing since we never got any emails regarding the expedites afterwards aside from the initial one saying it was submitted. I checked in nearly everyday with Emma to see if the expedite case was assigned to an officer yet and even up to the last day, they told me it had not been assigned to someone yet. Then the next day I just got a notification on the case tracker app saying it was approved. But at least they asked for evidence for you! So hopefully you'll hear back soon.
  10. Exactly! I was speaking to a friend a few days ago, she said she went to the dentist and they sent her to a specialist which wanted to charge $17,000 USD for a lot of stuff she didn't even need. She ended up going to Brazil for the holidays and decided to go to the dentist there. They took care of her for $300!😵
  11. It might be even MORE expensive to get looked at and treated in the US and there is no guarantee your request would be approved. So considering your health is on the line, is there any other country that you can travel to and get treatment at a more reasonable price? Many people I know actually travel outside of the US for medical/dental appointments, as it is a lot cheaper to do so.
  12. I-131 Advanced Parole approved today! Just got a notification from Case Tracker saying it was approved! Not sure if it was because of an expedite or if it was just normal processing. Hope this means everyone will get theirs soon as well!🥳
  13. Same here, only EAD in July. It looks like those who expedited are the ones receiving combo cards.
  14. You should just be able to click on "My Profile" when you're signed into the USCIS website and it will be listed there.
  15. So I requested a call back from a tier 2 officer this morning since a previous agent told me this was an available option if your expedite request has passed 30 days with no response. Received a call 30 minutes later (But apparently it can take up to 30 days to receive the call). My wife and I explained the situation and the Tier 2 officer said we also have the option of Emergency Advanced Parole, but the problem is we wouldn't be able to travel until mid January. So he scheduled an appointment for us on January 11th for Emergency AP and told us what documents to bring. He also mentioned that he would send an inquiry to NBC about the current expedite request since it has not been responded to. We received a few emails about the appointment and the inquiry he made on the current expedite request, saying "After careful review of your inquiry, we determined that your issue will be best addressed by the USCIS office processing your case; therefore, we are forwarding your inquiry to the National Benefits Center". I see many people receiving responses about 1.5 months after their expedites, so hopefully something soon. Will keep you guys updated.
  16. It's taking a while for expedites to get approved too, I'm assuming the holiday season won't be helping either.
  17. Hmm wait, so did you request an expedite for your original I-131 AND submit for Emergency Advanced Parole? (As far as I'm aware, those are two different processes, and it sounds like your expedite from October 21st was still in place, unless that date was for the Emergency AP appointment in person?) And I had assumed it was the expedite that was approved because it seems those are the only people that are still getting the Combo cards, even though they were decoupled earlier this year)
  18. Just checked in with Emma and looks like my case got transferred to my local field office today!(Dallas). Hoping for an RFE for medical soon🤞
  19. Anybody get their AP yet? (That didn't expedite). It looks like they're processing April right now according to VisaJourney processing times. Also, does anybody know the relevance of July 5th? It seems many people had their interviews waived since this specific date (I went through Emma and they told me the same thing, waived since July 5th), so I'm curious what the importance of this date is since so many were told the same thing?
  20. Sorry I was trying to find the post on Reddit but they might have deleted it (I think a lot of the comments were bashing them for "Showing off" how fast they received their Advanced Parole)
  21. I did see a case not too long ago where a person was in the same boat as you. They had submitted their AOS package but no AP earlier this year. They later applied for AP (about a month ago I belive) and they had their AP approved after just a few weeks! It's worth a try, there is nothing to lose.
  22. I can't wait to get one! I just wish I knew about these sooner!
