  1. A lot of people are in this same dead end. It seems to be a website bug! Happened to everyone who submitted as of Thursday Dec 15. Hopefully this will get resolved before the beginning of January. I am expecting for this to be fixed by mid January.
  2. Sorry to bother you!!! I just don't know what to do 😑 I tried calling. First the NVC said they no longer take telephone calls. Then I called again to talk to the operator and she tranferred me to that same message : Not taking telephone calls. What did you press to talk to someone?
  3. Ok, I will update if anything changes. What does it say on your line? And what happens when you click on the link? Everyone else I talked to who is going through this says it takes them to Civil Documents.
  4. I submitted my co-sponsor Friday. Today is Tuesday and it is still like this. I cannot complete the process. I have now read that the NVC has to approve my co-sponsor. This can take a few days. How long has yours been like that?
  5. Hello, I am uploading all required documents for my three Canadian children and husband on the electronic application center. Everything was going fine until I started uploading my Affidavit of support documents. I added my uncle as co-sponsor. But now the system seems to be bugged. I see a red "Not Submitted" under Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence When I click on the hyper link it brings me to the page of my husband's civil documents which have been uploaded and submitted. My uncle's row shows two N/A. I cannot finish uploading his documentation. In my opinion, the website is bugged. Has anyone encountered this before? Should I finish uploading somewhere else? Thanks!
  6. Thank you, So in your view and experience, what would be some possible next steps? I am just waiting for the I-130 to follow its course, but are there any other routes we can take now that he has an offer?
  7. Hello hello, My I-130s have been sent in the Spring for my three Canadian children and Canadian husband. I am American. My husband has received a good job offer for California. We have different perspectives from two attorneys. One says to go the K3 route. The other says to apply for a TN visa and inform the consular officer there is still a long wait for my husband that there is still a long wait for my husband to obtain his permanent residence and has the intent to return to Canada once the TN status expires. According to Visa Journey my I-130 would be processed in Feb-March 2022, so not that bad. Just wondering if the job offer could change things. The employer is very eager for him to start. We have also contacted the Montreal embassy for Direct Consular Filing. Thanks!
