  1. I think OP is referring to a private J1 Hardship Waiver Timeline Tracker not the official DOS tracker
  2. Hello all, My case looks like below does anyone know why there is 2 sponsor views status and what does it mean? I just have government funding from DOS.
  3. We can’t unfortunately give you a definitive answer. They might answer in the coming days and they can also take 4-6 more months to answer. And If you have government funding, it will add more months. Personally, If Conrad takes less than 6 months I would just go ahead and do it. If not and I can afford to wait for an additional 6 months, I would wait then do Conrad if Hardship is denied. It really depends on your status and what will happen if you wait and then your Hardship is denied.
  4. Actually seems like we need to use waiver as plan B and move forward with a different plan 😭
  5. So sorry 😢 this is making us with US Government funding even more hopeless 😩. They didn’t even ask the view from your sponsor
  6. My case was forwarded to DOS on March 31 2022. The case moved to Request for Sponsor Views on April 12.
  7. I also have it. I think you can email it to DOS and make sure they confirm they have everything to decide on your case.
  8. Thanks for sharing. I check once a day and usually got in with the first image. Remember the status in only updated once a day around 2:00 AM during weekdays. So no need to check more than once a day and during weekends. I would also advise for your own sanity to not check the status if you are not close to the 12 months mark at DOS.
  9. If you haven’t, try form 7001 since you are already outside of the normal processing times https://www.dhs.gov/topic/cis-ombudsman/forms/7001#no-back. Unfortunately, you might lose those 11 months. Be also prepared to change status if you have any available to you.
  10. We are spoiled 😃 Two in a day! Congrats @Hardship2021 and @Drldaddoq 🥳! Much hope for those who have been waiting since 2021! For the rest of us, seems that the timeline is 16-18 months now.
  11. I was wondering the same. There were couple of cases pending end of 2021.
  12. Congrats! 5 years in the process! I can only imagine what you went through! Good luck with the rest of your journey.
  13. For those that don’t have government funding why did you go the hardship road? I had the “wrong” impression that the majority of hardship cases had government funding involved.
  14. So do we have more details on those cases? Like when did DOS receive i612 for the oldest one? Are they in order?
  15. Hey MayurSh, I have similar timeline: Mailed end of October On hold at USCIS end of March DOS received I612/I613 end of March DOS took 10 days to update I612/I613. Seems like you don’t have a scholarship, why did you do Hardship instead of No Objection then?
  16. Not sure how much you can do but you do have a 30 days grace period after your visa expired. Could you share your timeline and source of funding?
