Hi just want to ask if there is a website where we can check our k-1interview schedulein us immig bangkok before packet 4 being delivered. i tracked my packet 3 and the US immig received the packet 3 last 28 March. When do u think i will be scheduled for interiew? Sorry i kept asking we are very excited about the interview.

Im presently living here in Thailand. We submitted all the papers and we've got the packet 3. One of the requirement is the NBI i used "Ma.theresa Rivera"in my NBI before..I went here in Thailand and i followed my birth certificate and passport named "Theresa Rivera". The problem is we wrote "Theresa" in our K1 visa forms(all forms). If i applied for new NBI in The Philippines are they going to print my old name is the NBI clearance?Please help.....I don't know what to do....I dont want to mess up with the papers.....Please help. And also do i need new finger prints again in the NBI?I'm worried im not in the Philippines....hope some people here can help me here.....

I dont have any ways to get NBI clearance in the Philippines ...My dad get one for me but the problem is instead my name is Theresa A. Rivera,,,,, He wrote in my NBI clearance MA. I'm Filipina living here in Thailand for more than 3 years.It's possible to process our visa here but i've got a little problem about my NBI because im here in bangkok and im thinking if they will allow my dad to get NBI clearance without my finger prints in the Philippines. I'm worried because we received our packet 3 last 11 March until now we haven't finish my NBI clearance. Is there anybody here can give us some advice on how to get NBI clearance fast?

Hi Im just confuse. Requirement is Police clearance not the NBI right? Because we have those 2 in the Philippines. Is it possible to have the Police clearance alone?Please help

I'm Just wondering why when i filled up the DS-230 form the year automatically changed like for example i typed 12-19-1952 it change to 12-19-1409. Please help.

One more question...Can a Filipina get a police clearance in Philipines Embassy thailand.
