UPDATE- Our visa class changed from F11 to IR2 before the interview date which was on the 20th of April 2022. Our visa was approved and we were informed DHL will notify us to pick up our passports. On 6th of May we picked up our passports from DHL with visas which were issued on the 28th of April 2022. No packets/envelopes were given to us. We were told we'll receive them at the port of entry. We traveled from Ghana on the 27th of May and arrived in the US on 28th of May at 5:00am. Immigration sent us to a room where we waited and when we were called we were asked of our Mum's(petitioner) number and we were dismissed. We claimed our baggage and exited the airport. Our SS delayed till we went to the office and were told it had been issued but didn't know why we hadn't received it. We were given an A4 sheet with the SS and were asked to expect the cards. We received our Green Card on 22/07 exactly two months after arrival to the US.
