You are the only one in this journey, we filed ours since 2021 of Feb. and got our NOA1 2021 of Nov. Received an RFE we responded and we got an email says they received it 2022 of Jan. up until now we haven't received anything since then. Me and my fiancee we keep inquiring about our case and they keep giving us 45 days, 60 days, another 45 days and 60 days. It's frustrating but all we can do is wait patiently Still hopeful if we all can hear any good news sometime soon

yes it got transferred before we get our NOA1 we send an inquiry first because we haven't heard any response. We just keep tracking our case that's what we've been doing.

We applied our K1 visa last FEB of 2021 to TEXAS and get it transferred to California. We received our NOA1 on MARCH 2021 and the send us a mail for RFE on NOVEMBER 2021. We send our respond on January 2022 and from there we haven't heard anything and it's been 8 months we tried to call many times and send inquiries but they always gave us a month each inquiry we made. It is frustrating. We even asked for help from the office of the representative and they've given us a month and its been a month now and 2 days. No respond
