    Hello, we were DQ April 28, 2022, our case was sent to Manila in june, and was ready then, but I did not schedule for my interview until mid august. My husband’s VA compensation alone was over the minimum required income .Plus his Social security. I brought a lot of proof of income, bank statements of 1 year, where his va and social security deposited to.

    We received the same note from NVC, documentary qualified but get that same note, we did not submit tax transcript because my husband’s main income is not taxable (VA compensation), but then 3months after we were documentarily qualified they expedited our case and sent it to US Embassy Manila. I think the CO can decide whether you pass or not during your interview, had my interview September 6, and I was approved.

    Hello, I did not received a yellow packet, i knew few immigrant visa holder too who is now in the States, who does not receive a yellow packet too, and its ok.

    PD feb. 26,2021 DQ : april 28, 2022 case sent to USEM june 23 2022 case ready june 29, 2022 set interview appointment for sept. 6 2022 medical cleared sept. 1 2022 visa on hand sept. 9 2022

    No no, no interview schedule yet, im just estimating the time, our case was now on transit since yesterday, still waiting the interview letter. Manila

    Cant say yet, dq last april 27, 2022. Case is now on transit waiting for interview letter. What I prepare now is my husbands 1 year bank statements, current. And also his VA payments , current too. Well see, looks like I will be having my interview in August.

    Good day, do I need to bring the certified copies of my Husband’s divorce decrees during the interview? What we have are the copies of the certified only, thanks 😊
