  1. Thanks for the reply Jeanne. Would it make any difference if I speak to the CBP officers as well and explain our travel plan? The job situation is a little tricky, she hasn't resigned but just taking a semester off (works at a school).
  2. Hello, My wife (from Dubai) is planning to visit me for 3.5 months through her B2 visa. We'll be traveling into the US together as I'm going to pick her up. Our immigration application is in-process (NOA1 in April 2022). As she will eventually be moving, we are debating if she should we bring all of her stuff which is going to be 4-5 luggage bags combined. We figured we'd get all the stuff in one go. Is that advisable? Is it advisable to bring all her stuff during this trip? Will that pose any potential issues? We'll be flying in to Houston. We already have her return flight and have plans for overseas travel in Feb 2023. She she has no intent of her staying past her mid-January departure. Some further background: She got a family B2 visa approved after we got married, and after I had filed the I-130. NOA1 was in April and her B2 interview in July. She has visited the US before we were together (family trip) She has left her job so she could begin moving to the US. Will appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance!
