    Hey, I’m hoping someone can help me out. My spouse and I applied for removal of conditions on my GC in February 2024. However we got a divorce this year and I received the divorce decree in June2025. I sent a letter advising on the divorce and requesting a waiver on my conditions to the CA log box in July 2025, where my case is, I included the divorce decree and a G-1145 e-notification request. After 60 days of not hearing back I did some research and found that as a CO resident, I should have sent it to the AK log box, so I did and it has now been another 60 days of not hearing anything back. My extension on my GC is expiring in April 2026. Any advice or guidance on what I might be doing wrong or next steps I need to take will be greatly appreciated!
