Call uscis..rep was confused as me so escalated the case and said a 2nd tier officer will call me...patiently aitng for the call...

Yeah..he said that..so he escalated the issue with a 2nd tier officer,said I should get a call in days..so patiently waiting

I can't imagine being okay with your guys words of encouragement...I really appreciate it.. @family my divorce was still in court when I went for my visa,so technically then I was still married, I called yesterday and customer rep told me..he doesn't understand wat went wrong..but he's going to escalate my case and a second tier officer will call me in few days..so still waiting on the call..

I came here 2017 on tourism from pakistan after going tru a tough divorce process with ex, met my present wife here, and started a life,found out my ex also moved to Europe, Was a tough one getting the kids here bc of the different nationality, Kids came in with CR1 last year.

My kids are from previous marriage,I have a notarized child support letter from my ex,the kids moved here on CR1 last year October My ex lives in europe,she has never applied or been to US. My kids are teenagers, and school near me,they don't do social media.
