Hi guys! So a little update on our case, I sent my package on May 31 and on June 2 I received the receipt notice, and two days later I received the biometric appointment, which is on June 27. The problem is that on June 14 I also received an RFE because apparently I didn't include all the pages from the tax return and I also had the wrong number of the household size on the I-864 form ( it was automatically filled when I opened the form and I figured I should just let it like that). Anyways, sending the response tomorrow, with a new form and the complete tax return. Do you think that I should add anything else beside that? Or just the things they asked for? I really hope there is not gonna be another RFE haha.

Hi there! So I sent my file on May 26th and yesterday I saw on my bank account app that they cashed my check, but I haven't received any message or email. Do you guys know why? Also, I included in the envelope the CD with my chest X-ray that I made for my K1 visa interview, because that's what my physician said, but USCIS sent it back in the mail. Should I send it in another format? Did you guys sent something like that or it's not needed?

Okay, I got it. I just added some pictures from the wedding and if anything, I'll bring more to the interview. So you're saying that you included three marriage certificate copies, one for each form? I only sent one, hopefully it's not gonna be a problem. Also, what's de difference between a certified copy and a regular one? I just put a normal one.

Also, I've seen that every form is asking for an A-number. Is this the one on the k1 visa, the 9 digits number? Or should I just leave that blank?

So the payment needs to be done as a check that I can send at the same time with my forms, right? And I've read about biometrics appointment, do I need to do that or the USCIS will send me the instructions for that appointment?

Hi there! So how long does it take to get the EAD? Online it says almost 16 months. Also, do you have to make the appointment for biometrics or the USCIS will do that?
