    I have two questions. First, does the NVC look at your "current income" for the year to approve the affidavit of support? And if so what does "current income" mean?

    Also my i-130 petition is at the California Service Center. It has been for 6 months now. Is it possible it will get approved soon? Or what do you think the timeline is for that?
