  1. I received my NOA2 in the mail within 7 business days. I never had an RFE though. I had a problem when they sent my initial receipt letter. It got returned to sender. It took 2 months for USCIS to notice. Luckily I noticed and requested a new one.
  2. I-129 F Sent - March 12, 2022 I-129 F Received - March 15, 2022 (NOA-1) I-129 F - Notice Date - March 17, 2022 I-129 F - Approval Notice - May 4, 2023 (NOA-2) It wasn’t wishful thinking! It happened! I’m group 61500. I was getting super depressed. This is a relief
  3. Maybe a stupid question, but if I am group 619XX, what group should I be paying attention to? 62000 or 61500?
  4. I’m a little late, but I’m happy I found this thread! I-129 F Sent - March 12, 2022 I-129 F Received - March 15, 2022 (NOA-1) I-129 F - Notice Date - March 17, 2022 Still no word on anything yet. I would love and NOA-2 by May but I know that’s wishful thinking lol
  5. Thank you @Crazy Cat, @ROK2USA, and @JeanneAdil! Thank you for all of this info! It does seem like a quicker option if I could do it all right this second, but we can't. It will be 3 more months before my next visit. I'm going to write a letter and send it to the CA Center where my I-129f is.
  6. Not on a consistent basis, sadly. $2k plane tickets and limited frequency of PTO from work.
  7. I did this actually before I called. It didn't make it past the congressional liaison. This denial did not pop up on my USCIS account so I suspect it wasn't even submitted
  8. the current processing time for CA are 10.5 months. What is happening to me isn't sustainable for that long. This is a great idea! Thank you!
  9. Asking Emma just leads me to the phone number so I think you are right.
  10. How do I do that? I can't find any way to do it other than via phone call.
  11. So, I submitted an expedite request for our I-129f via phone call last week and today I received an email about the denial. Specifically, under "Emergencies and urgent humanitarian reasons". I am a US Army veteran and I’m diagnosed with PTSD through the VA. I see a doctor regularly for treatment. The K1 waiting process has exasperated my PTSD symptoms to a high degree. I don’t want to get into specifics but its extreme. My doctor even wrote a letter supporting this claim and how an expedite would most definitely alleviate my symptoms. I feel like this falls under the “Disability” section of the guidelines. I mentioned I have a letter from my doctor when I originally requested the expedite but evidence wasn’t even requested. I got an email saying: “Although your situation appears serious, your expedite request did not meet the expedite guidelines set forth by USCIS”. I’m not asking for sympathy, just people’s honest opinions on this situation. Is there anything I can do? Is it worth while to try again to see if a different agent might accept it? Thanks in advance everyone.
