Thank you for your information. All his money is in US account and we uploaded his bank statement already as a proof of domicile. We also submitted the statement of not making money too. These two part both got accepted.

Yes we did. My husband is not the problem here cuz I never mind doing paperworks. He was the one on the phone with NVC first but had some urgent business to take care of in the middle of the call. Since we’ve been waiting on the line for over an hour so I took over and wanted to finish the convo with NVC. Unfortunately, the supervisor was being really rude to me (not my husband). Frankly this is what stressing me out. I need instructions from NVC and getting nothing but discrimination from a supervisor…

Not retired but he just doesn’t need to work and at HK with me. NVC’s instructions are very blurry and when I called them they just being rude and hanged up on me. This is very frustrating…

Hi there, my husband didn’t work for three years already so he didn’t file any taxes. He got money in his saving account (exceeded the min. income requirement x3). Is this enough for my cr1 case or do we have to add a joint sponsor? Thank you!
