    Pls what advice can you give in this situation?I have been documentarily qualified since August 2020 and now my husband just got his citizenship, is it advisable to upgrade to ir1 or we should leave it since I heard  may 2020 and some August are getting interview letters ?Which of the two will be faster?When we upgrade will the il be according to priority date?

      @JeanneAdil thanks so much.My visa class has been upgraded but my kid who was a derivative in f2a has been removed when I checked. Can we just pay his visa fee to Nvc to be included to household member or we start a new process from uscis. What do you suggest pls

      now that he is a citizen,  u have to file a I 130 for the child

      he is no longer a derivative of the spouse visa

      @JeanneAdilsorry to bother you. Does that mean it has to pass through the uscis to nvc before becoming documentarily approved just as mine and will i have to wait that long before we will be scheduled for interview or is there a shorter process.
