    Pls what advice can you give in this situation?I have been documentarily qualified since August 2020 and now my husband just got his citizenship, is it advisable to upgrade to ir1 or we should leave it since I heard  may 2020 and some August are getting interview letters ?Which of the two will be faster?When we upgrade will the il be according to priority date?

      the child would get citizenship from the naturalized parent 

      but i  am not sure of the process 

      sorry for my short coming on this 

      ask the direct question in the main forum

       

      just post 

      my spouse naturalized while we went thru the spouse application

      what do i need to do for our son?

      will he need a visa?

      or is there other forms to do to get his citizenship thur his naturationed parent so he can travel to US?
