    Pls what advice can you give in this situation?I have been documentarily qualified since August 2020 and now my husband just got his citizenship, is it advisable to upgrade to ir1 or we should leave it since I heard  may 2020 and some August are getting interview letters ?Which of the two will be faster?When we upgrade will the il be according to priority date?

      He should send copy of his naturization document (not the real one-he needs this)  to NVC saying Case is now a spouse visa for USC

      he needs to include case #,  both your names and both your dates of birth

      send to 

      NVCInquiry@state.gov.
