Just a quick update. I sent my application for my child SSN on Feb 4, 2022, according to the post office tracking number they received it on Feb 7, 2022 but I still haven't receive any mail or my documents back. Should I give them a call? or continue to wait? Thanks!

Any updates? Is there any chance that it didn't work out ? The SSN office usually takes 8-14 calendar days to process and mail out cards. They are really efficient especially when it comes to processing SSN card applications unless of course there is an issue.

    Hello,

Does anyone have experience in getting CRBA done in Korea?

How long does getting typical CRBA certificate and baby's passport process normally take?

    Thank you.

Not Korea but in general, CRBA process is the same everywhere.  If you're approved on the day of the appointment, it usually takes 10-14 calendar days for the passport and CRBA to be printed out and sent to the consulate abroad. Just go prepared with all the docs you have especially the 5 years presence rule if it applies to you.

It seems the I-864 still requires a wet signature. That means I print out the signature page, sign it, scan it, and re-attach the scan to the rest of the PDF. Correct?

Alternatively, you can sign your name on a blank piece of paper with a pen, take a pic of it using your phone and upload it to your pc and use it as your signature in Adobe Acrobat instead of the computer generated signatures.

  4. Got two FE messages in the inbox. One says Petitioner income might not qualify to sponsor this immigrant and the 2nd message says need Evidence of income for petitioner. I am not sure where to upload the income documents because everything says accepted. A little background, I am self employed so I get 1099's. I uploaded a couple of 1099's(under the 1099 form tab) with the initial submission. Do I just go ahead and upload everything including the 1099G ( for unemployment). I am attaching the screenshot of things I uploaded for AOS. Not sure how else to prove my income. I also submitted 6 months bank statements in order to qualify with assets 3x (CR1) the diff of total income for 2020, but I guess they didn't like that either. How would I prove income and where and under what pan to upload these docs?
