    Hello everybody, I am really confused and don’t know if I should be happy or not yet.. so on Sunday morning my I-485 changed from “actively reviewed” to “ case approved”. I moved here with K1 visa and got married in 90 days, but we applied for green card only 5 years later! So seeing my case approval without interview OR medical exam really confusing me. Is it some sort of mistake or it truly can happen?
