i did sent an email to mumbai consulate but they responded back with NVC inquiry form. I have already contacted to NVC using their public inquiry form about a month ago but I'll probably have to wait for one more month for their response based on their timeframe posted on their website. Do you know if anyone had a similar issue in the past or currently having? if so, what would be the best way to escalate the case?

I've already sent an inquiry email to NVC 2 weeks ago but currently NVC is responding to inquiry sent on June 27th 2022 so I'll have to wait bit longer before I can hear anything back from them. I'll find out if I can reach out to mumbai consulate via email or phone.

That's correct. person with DQ date Jul-2020 got an IL for Family based F3 category.

I believe my NVC center was Vermont but interview will be scheduled based on DQ date regardless of NVC center, is that correct? Just this morning, person with DQ date July 2020 received an interview date for October-2022 so wanted to confirm if it would be better to contact NVC again or reach out to mumbai consulate for the case status?

It's a family based F3 category (country: India : mumbai consulate). all documents were qualified(DQ Date) on March 2020 but we haven't got any interview letter yet. It seems like people with DQ date July 2020 started getting their interview letter but somehow I haven't received any IL letter yet. looking at the status on CEAC website, it says case is still at "NVC". Is it better to contact Mumbai consulate or NVC in this case? I sent an inquiry email to NVC about the case in 2nd week of August but haven't got any response yet and won't get any response based on current public inquiry form response time. Visa is available and lots people started getting an interview letter even though their document qualified date is later than mine so I should receive an Interview letter based on mine DQ date ( March 2020) and priority date( September 2007).
