Has anyone been able to schedule their Visa interview in Frankfurt for their Ukrainian Beneficiary ? I see wait times for non-immigrant visa's in Frankfurt are 21 days, and in Warsaw 3 days (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html)  Frankfurt was going to already be an inconvenience and my case is still at NVC (was just assigned case number last week). Was considering having NVC transfer our case to either Rome or Warsaw as we both have friends there.

Wait times Warsaw very long. They are scheduling October for non-residents now. It’s not that easy to transfer. You maybe better off with Frankfurt. Transfer also takes time.

No, we emailed and they said no. We will be applying for a schnegen through Greece like most others. If you need to get out of Russia, you can enter Serbia and Armenia without a visa if you are Russian.

We  were born in Armenia. So we will try too.

Ohh thank you! Yeah that confirms what he was telling me about the Schengen visa, it's a lot more unnecessary costs to fly and hotel in Greece, then in Poland, but it's fine.

Is the sponsor and/or beneficiary getting the email? Or is it not emailed, but updated on some portal online?

And yeah he's in Armenia now, the consulate said to visit in person so that'll be doable.

So US embassy in Armenia will process his k1? Because we are in similar situation.

Update - NVC reassigned our case to new embassy and the new embassy also approved the expedite. Was not anything special. I'm currently in transit

So do you need grounds to change embassy? For example for us it will be challenging to get a Schengen visa and it will cost significant funds to go to Europe vs his home country of Armenia where no visa needed and he has a house to stay in and wait.

I filed expedite request on March 1st. And on March 2nd I received email that my expedite request was approved and I should hear back from them in within 45 days . Then on March 8, i happened to sign in to USCIS just to check the status , and my visa was approved on March 8! The few days later I received my NOA 2.. They send packet to NVC.. and in the letter it states to allow 2-4 weeks for NVC for processing.. Does anyone know it if literally take 2-4 weeks there , or longer ?

Which address does noa-2 come to ? We have mailing address ,  physical address that we put.
