    My husband got an email today saying his case had passed pre-processing and was being sent to the field office. It said to send any documents that might help prove bonafide marriage as well as the I-693 if required. The i-693 part was highlighted but as a k1 AOS they should still have his right? Everything I’ve read said it’s still good if we apply within a year of having it done. He didn’t receive a personal copy and they took his envelope at the airport. Should I be concerned or am I just being paranoid?

    Went to his biometric appointment today 1/11. Status on I-485 and I-765 changed within the hour afterwards. Then, I-765 changed to card is being produced before we even made it home. woooo!!

    We finally got our noa1 s in the mail today too and our biometrics is 1/11 as well.

    I got the biometric notification yesterday but still none of our hardcopy noa1 s. They were received with the receipt notices texted on December 14th. Should I be worried? Or does it usually take this long ? In GA and sent everything to Elgin lockbox . Not sure if that matters.

    Sent AOS, EAD, and AP all together on Monday the 12th. Credit card charged Friday the 16th texts for all 3 receipt notices received Monday 19th. Anxiously awaiting the hard copies in the mail. receipt numbers all indicated electronic processing. Is that for all the cases nlw?

    Hello! I am a female petitioner and am changing my last name to my husbands. I have filled out all of the AOS paperwork (but not submitted yet!) with my new married last name. However, my passport (proof of citizenship) and my tax transcripts are in my maiden name. Is this going to cause a problem or will they just use the marriage certificate in the application to see my maiden name and know it is the same person? Any advice is welcome? Anyone who did this and it went well or had problems?? Thanks!
