    Thank you, @NatLiuu. We received an email from Embassy 2 days after this status change. unfortunately Embassy currently have no K visa appointments available. we are still waiting to schedule.

    They emailed me K1 instructions as well. but nothing sent to my Fiancée in Turkiye. Agree, part of the instruction states " go to the AIS US Visa website to register for an appointment". I have not been able to login yet either to AIS US Visa site either. Also, in the email from embassy, they were asking beneficiary's contact email name etc. I wonder if Embassy will sent separate instructions to her, and we need to wait for that to schedule an interview date. this is what I received from them : This office is pleased to inform you that we have recently received the petition I-129F you filed on behalf of your fiancée. Please provide the beneficiary's email address, full name, and case number by replying to this email as soon as possible for timely processing of your application at the U.S. Embassy, Ankara. Please click on "LINK" to download the “Instructions for K1/K2 visas” outlining the steps to be taken to apply for a visa. A separate paper instruction packet will not be sent.

    my timeline as follows NOA 2 - 03/21/2023 NVC Received - 6/05/2023. NVC Case Assigned- 6/14/2023 NVC Left: 6/20/2023 Ready At Embassy: 7/5/2023 Currently waiting for Embassy to reach out to us with the instructions to set up an appointment.

    Hi PakistaniRussian, it looks like your Fiance(e) and mine are sharing the similar timelines. Our case is in Ready status in Ankara as of July 5th. How did you get to this information? Have you received a letter from US Embassy and you guys went ahead with schedulung the visa appointment using the ais.usvisa website?

    Once the case is entered into NVC systems within a week I received an email from NVC with the case number. however, i was able to get my invoice and case number via email inquiry. NVC research.

    I understand that you did not submit the 160 and waiting for embassy to OK you to schedule the visa interview. my question is - Have you scheduled the Medical yet?

    Yes, I sent them an email today. You mentioned DS 120? maybe a typo, thought it is DS 160 form?

    Thanks very much. got couple of questions as you are ahead in the process. Have you sent an email to Ankara Embassy to notify them that the case has been transferred to Ankara? Has the beneficiary filled up the visa application? or you are waiting to hear back from embassy to do so?

    Today, June 20 2023, received an email from NVC with the following information in the letter attached to the email. The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Ankara, Turkey. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition. Next steps: Go to our website http://nvc.state.gov/k1 to learn how to apply for a K visa and prepare for the visa interview.

    I also got my case as well as invoice number from NVC as of June 14. Not sure when it will be shipped to Embassy. good luck to all! NOA1: Dec 13 2021 NOA2: March 21 2023 NVC : June 14 2023

    question folks: Has any of you noticed a change in status when you log in to you USCIS account once the shipment to NVC occurs? My case status shows the following. I was wondering if this would change if they send the file to NVC? March 21, 2023 Case Was Approved December 13, 2021 We received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e).

    Any concerns on the validity period stated on the approved NOA2? I remember seeing 4 months validity for the 129F approval notice. does anyone know what happens to the K1 visa process if the embassy process happens after the date shown on the 129 approval validity date.
