  4. sound advice thank you, verification of UK employment uploaded along with the US verification these details been playing on my mind recently so glad im asked....
  5. thanks and also may i say thank you for all the other posts / replies to all others across the forums, you have certainly helped us with your advice to others....
  6. foreign income was not included as part of the calculations US income used in the calculations was based on the job offer (doc uploaded) she got in the US which she has started and been in for the month of April already (company in UK was actually UK office of US company, she was employed as a UK person for US subsidiary, they then transferred her to US) thinking best to actually upload pay stub to show income for job started in April? caveat is since the job offer salary used in the calculations was submitted she has been awarded a pay rise, so pay stub will be more than what was in calculation.....
  7. all docs for us submitted March 3rd! been a long journey to get this far im sure we cant wait a few weeks to fingers cross get dq'd good luck to all others
  8. pre-empting the need to submit them as we are awaiting DQ, my wife USC was with me in England until March 24th 2022, now redomiciled in the US, all nvc docs were submitted March 3rd before the end of tax year deadline we have submitted tax years 2020, 19 and 18 as they show earnings in the US, would we / should we submit the docs for 2021? however, it would only show foreign income earned September 2021 - December 2021 which i believe does not count towards the financial support minimums, it should be noted that it appears foreign tax submissions are low down the processing order as it hasn't been yet so have nothing from the IRS to show. further submitted docs to support the I-864 are her job offer for a US company which she has started working for already, should we perhaps upload the pay stubs for April to show she has started working and has an income? thanks in advance for any advice
