It says they have ordered my card. Does that mean I'm approved????

well, we were planning on taking a trip to Cancun the end of March, I was wondering if my hubby can travel with his green card and the letter that was sent to us saying that it was extended for 1 year?? or do we have to go somewhere to get something else?

I sent them on regular paper.

You can sign up on USCIS site and make your profile than you can log in and see when they touched. Ex: if they touch today you can see the date they updated.

oh ok, I had an account but I never knew where they see that they were touched lol

Mine was updated on the 12th and my biometrics was done on the 11th of January. so I guess they do update right away....

how do you see if it was touched???

we did our early bio on 1/11/2010

it was on there but now i don't see it anymore, can someone please fix it???

why does it say return to sender "St. Albans, VT"??? that's not the sender, maybe they just wrote the wrong thing.

The instructions say the date when you sent the application, so the 4th is correct.

What is the date on your NOA?

it just says receipt date: 12/07/2009 (that's the day they received it though)
