It seems to be laborious and impossible to delete your VJ account. I’ve reached out to VJ multiple times using the online forms, and have yet to receive a response. Any tips?  Also find it difficult to locate those specific instructions on here.

Received an email last night from NVC saying my submitted documents will be reviewed “soon”.  This was in response to an expedite request from our attorney.  
 

Does anyone have any idea what the NVC definition of “soon” means in quantitative terms? Days or weeks?

if you’ve received this message from NVC in the past, I’d appreciate hearing from you.

Yes, it is fine!  Mine was approved. The entire document is translated into English on the reverse, too.

The date you see on the documents you added is your new submission date.

NVC des not have a strict guidance on when they review RFEs, but most RFE responses we saw here in VJ were put back to the end of the queue.

Let's hope you get reviewed quicker

Erm? I didn’t actually ask for advice 🙂 but thank you. We have three expedites running currently.

By the way it’s not the case - the case was approved last year by USCIS. I am referring solely to the DQ process at NVC.

This has happened to ours, too. We submitted in Nov, then on Tuesday 8 Feb NVC requested two documents. The dates in the CEAC system are still the same for ours: 3 and 10 Nov.

This happened to our case on Tuesday 8 Feb. We reacted immediately with help from our attorney. Our submission dates within the CEAC system have remained the same (3 and 10 Nov 2021). They were not actually due to look at our case until next week. 

Hi! Any November 2021 filers here? Our document submitted dates are 3 and 10 Nov (Husbands docs 3 Nov, mine including DS260 10 Nov).

Last week, 8 Feb, we had all but two documents approved, and immediately provided the requested adjustments. Now waiting to hear further.

I believe our case was looked at 1 week earlier than the timeline stated on NVC’s website. As of tomorrow, 14 Feb, they are looking at 10 Nov submissions.

Please share your situation if you’re in the Nov filing boat 🙂
