    He will be filling it out, but I was just concerned about the 'beneficiary's assets' section when I've been unemployed. If it doesn't matter I'd assume he skips that section since he can provide for us (he's above the threshold)?

    The petitioner's (my fiance) income is more than above the threshold, there is a section in the I-134 Form about the "Beneciary's Assets" can I skip this part if he's above the threshold?

    Yeah I am abit confused about that bit, I'm concerned about the evidence required for the "Beneficiary's Assets", I am unable to get a tax return so I was wondering if bank statements or any alternatives would be enough?

    I've seen that the new I-134 Form requires the past year of tax return from the beneficiary, I've been an unemployed student for the past few years so how do I get tax returns for myself? I'm really worried as I haven't earnt enough money above the threshold to get a tax return? Thank you
