    I’m with you! I applied beginning of January 2022 and still nothing. Everyone from my service center got their interviews, even people who applied 3 months after me and I have no change in my case. Very frustrating, one starts to think if there is anything wrong with their case even though you know there is nothing. I hope you get yours soon!

    She can apply for citizenship under 5 year rule, not 3 year rule. She got denied because she applied after the 3 year rule which did not apply to her as she was divorced. When her 5 years of being permanent resident (date on the GC) passes, she can re apply.

    Filed Jan 15, bio reuse Jan 18, dead ever since! PHL FO! Every time I call or chat thru Emma it is the same (I think they are getting annoyed by me lol). I am happy for everyone and want to be excited for myself too (I know, selfish ) I hope everyone from Jan 2022 will get their interviews by the end of the August!
