  1. @Kashraz I approached them after 90 Days as it was advised by Attorney. So, Yes may be after 90 Days would be good time.

  3. Hi @Leeching Spouse sorry for late. yes, I got updates that they have contacted the USCIS and as per the response the case has already been forwarded to NVC. Eventually, it is.
  4. Hi - Lawyer already helped to raise the ombudsman request. Still waiting to hear from them. My case is almost similar like yours - forwarding case time period ~ approving the petition. Thats awesome! Did you manage to pay the fee to NVC? I heard it has to be paid online only via US account, is it true? @RDG2022
  5. No, I am not a US citizen but LPR. Very well understood . I will wait until NVC sends me welcome package and I am able to access the CEAC.
  6. No I wasn't and am not US citizen. I am in midst of process. Currently outside of USA too.
  7. @ROK2USA Thank you so much for your response. It means I need to wait until I am able to access the CEAC? Sure, I will newbie so will try to update the profile/timeline.
  8. Hi members - My Petition has been approved by USCIS and I have been waiting for it to be sent to NVC. However, we have a baby (dependent) that we wish to add into our already approved petition. The baby was not mentioned in the form at the time of submission as she was not born at that time but after the approval of petition. Hence, seeking some help on how to add her into our petition. Also, how long will it take for USCIS/NVC to include her and what documents would be required.
  9. That can be technical error as you mentioned. However, a friend of mine recently had same issue. - tab not visible. After waiting for 2 months, he was informed that its not due to technical error but his chosen embassy requires documents to submit via mail (but not online) so hence tab was missing. May be you wish to check once again @JBRE22022
  10. @JBRE22022Your tips surely will be helpful for those filling up the form. Specially Having excel pre populated with info. Do you mean you are unable to see doucments upload tab?
  11. @José Luís Vieira any updates on fee invoice? @JBRE22022 have you filled out DS 260? Any thing tedious on DS260?
  12. Very happy to learn this mate. Good luck to you and to us..
  13. I also have been in same boat. I received the response from USCIS, but totally not helpful. So thinking to raise to ombudsman today to see if they can be of any help.
  14. @RDG2022 that's a good news for you since, at least, its moving. Thank you for the advice. Ya I am mulling to raise the Ombudsman request on 05 June (as I have pending query with USCIS and 30 days will elapsed on 04 June).
  15. Hi members - My Petition has been approved by USCIS and I have been waiting for it to be sent to NVC. However, we have a baby (dependent) that we wish to add into our already approved petition. 16. Yes, I heard the same. I am totally at lost to understand how things are taking place there. I am waiting for more than 180 days (6months) without news from USCIS/NVC. The worst part is that its really dark- not sure where the case is and when will it move. I also dont think about it too often it really destructive blow to my routine. Nevertheless, I am thinking to reach out to ombudsman.
  17. @JBRE22022 Wishing you best of luck mate. I trust you should receive something within a day or two.
  18. @RDG2022TBH, I sought the legal advice and my appointed attorney helped to raise the USCIS request. I thought it was simple but seems it isn't. May be you can try to give USCIS a call?
  19. Thanks for the response. It seems I am among the odd ones. Case has been on someone’s desk longer. Glad that your case has been located. In my case, I even don’t know what is happening. The last response I received from USCIS stating that its enroute ( not sent to NVC) gave me some hope, but again its nearing a month as it should have been arrived at NVC by now however NO. I tried to contact USCIS. Customer representative was helpful and asked me if I have US number so he can arrange a call back from senior peer of his. This also didn’t happen as I am not in US. hoping for best and wish everyone good luck!
  20. @RDG2022 Sending them online inquiry using their online tools. However, you can just submit single inquiry within 30days before raising again.
  21. @JBRE22022 Seems like we don’t have a tiny control over things happening there. I have sent emails to nvcresearch fewer times but as usual same response i.e. not located. I hope so but it seems like its abyss of darkness, you just need to stand still until the beam of light shines from somwhere.
  22. Hi All - I am in similar Situation. Case approved on 12 Nov 2021 but yet to receive any updates from NVC. USCIS website still showing "Case was approved." Sent two inquiries to USCIS. In first (Feb 23) , still processing to sent to NVC. Second (Apr 11) case is enroute to NVC. ( what does this mean??) Rest, just waiting desperately. On the other hand, an acquaintance received approval on 1 Dec 2021. His case was faster than mine. Currnently, he is waiting for NVC to review his submitted documents.
