    Thank you! On the same day I posted, at the end of the day a new update appeared on the CEAC saying that it is in transit. So I guess I just have to have a little more patience.

    We sent an expedite request, on 07/26 we received an email from the NVC saying: The U.S. Embassy or Consulate has accepted this case for expedited processing. We will send this file immediately to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. After that we received nothing more. And the status in ceac continues to NVC. How long do we have to wait until our case is READY, and we can get the email from the embassy?
