  1. Finally a high vibe answer, I also have asked a couple of questions and marginally found help. Most of all are always judgmental cause do not believe in the bona fide of the marriage. Only women like us, married to an inmate, can understand. We are here in this forum to ask for help, cause, even the best attorney can make mistake. Thus, God bless you for your " it can be done, it has to be done", in addition, the reason why women with our situation don't share the final result of the journey might be because, regarding our specific case, we always find a lot of ostracysm and no willing to help. That's for my experience. God bless all of you who try to support us, no matter what
  2. Hy all, need some help. I already have an immigration attorney, but my husband says that 6 thousand bucks are too much and we can try to apply ourselves.. anyways.. My husband is currently incarcerated and i am living in Europe, our attorney should apply for a cr1 while i wait from abroad for the approval. My question is this: May i apply online on my husband's behalf? With all the documents already signed by him? My sponsor is my mother in law. In addition , given i only saw the file for the application and my husband will fill them and i will copy everything online, could you tell me if i have to attach all the bona fide proofs immediately , with the application or if is this something to be done later , when you receive your case number etc? Any help would be appreciated.
  3. Hy guys, If this new topic has to be moved somewhere else, I apologize in advance. I'd like to know which forms have to be filled for a spouse who is living abroad and asks for a green card or for a permit to come to the USA and work and then ask for a green card. I apologize for my ignorance but, even if I took a look at the forms, I didn't understand wigh one is more suited. Please, also notice that, In my case, a sponsor is required, therefore, please advice me also the forms for the sponsor. In addition, all the evidences of the bona fide marriage have to be embedded in the first form, if i am correct, the I-130? If yes, I have a question, I have tons and tons of letters of each other's, should I send them all? The original ones or photocopied? How can I be sure it is not going to get lost if I attache all the original one. I beg you pardon, I am a mess on the matter. Thank you for your understanding.
