I ALREADY TRIED TO CALL THE EMBASSY IN MANILA BUT ITS JUST THE MACHINE THAT ANSWERED ME.PLSSSSSSSS HELP US TO CHECK OR INTERVIEW SCHEDULE.WE WERE FILING LAST JUNE,AND UNTIL NOW WE DONT HAVE THE PACKET YET.I DONT KNOW IF ITS ALREADY IN THE EMBASSY.BUT NVC ALREADY FORWARDED IT.

i am a june filer also, and i got my medical appointment on feb 01, 2008 and interview on feb 08, 2008..... i checked mine online.....

Yes that is very common case for I-129 form application that was the reason why our consulate here in the philippines they have new advisory last dec.4,2007 we need to pay for birth certificate verification eventhough our birthcertificate here is already authenticated we still follow there advisory for security reason ,and if the KI applicant is not updating whats the latest news in there website that was very dificult sometimes and end up of waitng !the reason with that there is some fake documents come out we dont have any choice to bear there law !

Where and when to pay for the verification? thnx

My received day was June 5th and received NOA1 on the 7th. We had an RFE, they needed a dated picture of us together..I got the RFE late october and sent it in, they received it early Nov. and I received my NOA2 on Nov. 29th.

Now I begin the (seemingly) long wait from CSC to NVC for processing.

I definitely feel for all of you who have been delayed, I'm going crazy just over the wait of mailing from CSC to NVC, I can't imagine what I'd be doing if I was told it'd be 6 more months. I'd probably forget the whole thing and just move to Canada! (it is apparently much easier )

you need to take the seminar, which can be done at any time, in order to get the CFO Stamp. you can get the CFO stamp once you have the visa in hand.

Nothing else to do, but to full fill what is needed as soon as possible and see if it doesn't take so long again.

hello everybody,i felt so sad now. I was expecting our approval this week but then here comes RFE. USCIS asked for more evidence etc..Can anyone give me complete checklist of requiremets OR enough documets to be able to get APPROVAL.

It is very frustrating California service center moving sooooo soooo slow! Ive seen Vermont applicants june filers now got thier sched for interview. Goodluck to us..hopefully we will both get approval this month!

My fiance filed at nebraska last june and it was sent to california service center. We got no noticed from them yet although they gave us the reciept number tru phone. What to do? And why it took 4 months we got no approval still? Anybody same status like us?

It depends..Our papers are in california service center.They recieved june 19 until now we havent get approval. But ive seen one member here whos application sent in vermont and theyre june filers also,now they are for interview soon. Wow,isnt it unfair? huhuhuhu! Lets both hope for fast timeframe.Goodluck
